HOLYFILTER™ products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the normal function of the product.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Used filter cartridges.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, freezing, modification, or neglect.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We may request additional information to evaluate your claim.
Our Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, HOLYFILTER™ will, at its sole discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement of the same or comparable model. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitation of Liability
Except as required by applicable law, HOLYFILTER™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
